3.4 Excluded Persons

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account on bk8888, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile phone number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bk8888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

bk8888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional security layer, requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password for account access. Withdrawal requests from accounts without 2FA enabled may be subject to additional verification steps.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure, with forfeiture of all associated balances. bk8888 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify account information.

5.4 Right to Request Additional Documents

bk8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems necessary for fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, or account security purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk8888 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bk8888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier. The current minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. bk8888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically reflected in your account balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to banking system availability. bk8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure, banking system downtime, or public holidays.

6.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. bk8888 reserves the right to withhold winnings generated from third-party deposits pending investigation.

6.5 Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your bank or e-wallet provider, bk8888 reserves the right to reverse any credits applied to your account in error. If funds were deducted from your payment method but have not appeared in your bk8888 account within 2 hours, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

7. Withdrawals

7.5 Withdrawal Verification Checks

In cases where irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity is identified, bk8888 may temporarily delay a withdrawal pending investigation. 8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bk8888 are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. bk8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 3.000.000 before winnings become withdrawable. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

8.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount a Member may withdraw from winnings generated through bonus funds is 10x the original bonus amount. Any excess winnings above this cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request.

13.3 Excluded Losses

bk8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether or not bk8888 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

13.4 Force Majeure

bk8888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or banking system failures.

14. Privacy & Data

bk8888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk8888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform. All data is processed in accordance with internationally recognized data protection standards.

15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by the Member

A Member may close their account at any time by contacting bk8888 support. Before closing your account, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active investigations may be held open pending resolution.

15.2 Termination by bk8888

bk8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
